TCC is a collective of climate action groups and individuals from across Tasmania.

Membership of TCC is open to groups/organisations and individuals that subscribe to TCC’s purpose, vision and values.

​

TCC PURPOSE: to connect groups and individuals to encourage, promote and initiate climate action across lutruwita Tasmania through cooperation, influence and knowledge sharing.  

​

TCC VISION:  lutruwita Tasmania is a world leader on climate action, prioritising environment and people

​

TCC VALUES:  In all our activities, TCC will be:

• Informed and guided by science

• Non-violent in our actions and words

• Proactively inclusive, welcoming, honest and respectful 

• Committed to consensus building and healthy conflict

• Working to effect change 

• Active across the whole of Tasmania

• Culturally safe for people of all backgrounds and identities

• Non-partisan

BECOMING A MEMBER OF TCC

Tasmanian groups and individuals who share TCC's vision, purpose and values are warmly welcome to apply and become members of TCC. 

​

There are 2 different types of membership: Individual and  Group/Organisation.

​

Benefits of becoming a TCC member:

• Connect and work with others across Tasmania to progress real climate action in Tasmania and beyond.

• Share, publicise and find support for your campaigns and activities

• Include group information and links on the TCC website (optional)

• Participate in TCC’s monthly online meetings, shape the work of TCC and be part of TCC organising and actions.
